1. 今月の予算を超えてしまいました。
   
   (Kongetsu no yosan o koete shimaimashita.) - I went over budget this month.
   
   
2. 明日の会議の準備をしなければなりません。
   
   (Ashita no kaigi no junbi o shinakereba narimasen.) - I have to prepare for tomorrow's meeting.
   
   
3. この本は読みやすいけれど、内容が薄いです。
   
   (Kono hon wa yomiyasui keredo, naiyou ga usui desu.) - This book is easy to read, but the content is shallow.
   
   
4. 彼女の話し方は優しくて、聞き心地がいいです。
   
   (Kanojo no hanashikata wa yasashikute, kikigokochi ga ii desu.) - Her way of speaking is gentle and easy on the ears.
   
   
5. 雨が降ると道路が渋滞します。
   
   (Ame ga furu to douro ga juutai shimasu.) - When it rains, the roads get congested.
